Cancellation policy: Cancellations received : 90 days or more prior to departure: $/ Euro 150 per person, 89-60 days: $ / Euro 300per personper tour and per tour extension, 59-45 days: 25% of the tour price, 44-31 days, 50% of the tour price, 30 days or less, 100% of the tour price. Tour documents: Invoice, personal information forms and necessary visa information will be sent on receipt of deposit. Final tour documents including Itinerary, Hotel listing, Air tickets & Vouchers are sent between 30 days prior to departure.
LIABILITY
We suggest that clients should be covered by Travel, medical, health and other types of insurance. These cannot be obtained in India.
